Jan Wilm

Jan Wilm, born in 1983, lives in Frankfurt as a writer and translator. He has translated works by Maggie Nelson, Lydia Davis, Arundhati Roy and Joshua Cohen. His most recent publications Winterjahrbuch (2019), Ror. Wolf, Lesen (2022) and Bärtierchen (2025). In addition, he publishes essays and literary criticism in German- and English-speaking countries, writes plays and radio plays, and is a lecturer in literary translation at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.
